Pregnancy after MC

I miscarried my first PG. in April & we are trying again. I felt pregnant almost immediately after ovulation (about a week after) and had all the typical symptoms. Got a BFP 16dpo. I was just wondering for you ladies who have been pregnant again after a MC: do the symptoms during the 2ww feel the same each time? Or do symptoms vary? Did you know again right away?

I'm 12 dpo after my second round of clomid and feeling so discouraged.

Since my MC I have had no symptoms of any kind. My AF symptoms disappeared and I don't feel anything anymore, no cramping NOTHING. I used to get it all before my AF started too! Is this normal?

I just don't feel like it's going to happen and I already feel out for this month. Infertility has been so hard especially after the MC...
