nuchal translucency?

I got a 10 week private paid ultrasound and I’ve noticed this baby has a lot more nuchal translucency then my son had? Should I be concerned my 12 week appointment is only July 16th to go over scans of the babies head and body.

At 10 weeks my sons NT was a 4.4. At 13 weeks it was a 2.9 and my NIPT came back low risk. From my experience I would say 10 weeks was just way too early. I am now 24 weeks and no other makers have been seen. He is actually measuring a week ahead, including his long bones.

It's ideally done 11-13 weeks. Maybe this is normal for 10 weeks?
