Ways to help induce labor?

I'm currently 35 weeks and 2 days and I have a doctor's appointment when im 36 and 4 days and im gonna ask when i can start self inducing. What are ways that helped you? My first is 14 months and I was induced with her because she was on the smaller side but this baby is bigger

Oh my you are Waayyy too early to even think about doing that. You have a month left and that last month especially last 2wks is very crucial for lung and brain development. And absolutely NOTHING will work unless baby is ready and baby is far from ready. 
Having a “big” baby is not reason to try and self induce too early.

From somebody who tried everything in the book, and still didn't deliver until almost 42 weeks- trust me when I say nothing is going to work.  You'll go into labor when you go into labor...

No where in this post do I see her asking about self inducing early.. she said she’s going to ask about it! I can’t speak on self inducing because I was 41+3 when I got induced. But I’ve heard the midwives brew works for people! YouTube it a little..

My son was a week late, that week I tried every single thing I possibly could find, and I still had to be induced. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I tried everything. My first was born at 41 weeks induced and my second 42 weeks induced. I really tried everything I honestly believe baby just comes when ready.

You’re still really early. Full term isn’t even until 39 weeks. Nothing will work unless your body is ready too. Give your body a chance to go naturally and are about options around 39 weeks. But if you still decide to try different things please do not use castor oil. Do some research on it, it’s very unsafe and risks the health of your baby.
