PCOS OR PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS

I have PCOS and have been off birth control for almost three months. I haven not had a period since stopping the birth control pill. I have been on a prenatal since stopping birth control. I was a little nauseous when I first started taking the prenatal but have been fine ever since. I have had extremely bad diarrhea and some nausea for a little over a week now. I haven’t eaten anything that would give me food poisoning, and this is just out of the blue. Also I have never been one to really throw up when sick. I have taken a few test and they are all negative. Yesterday my nipples started to become more sensitive. I have also been extremely tired.

I have called my doctors nurse and they scheduled me for August 7th, but I don’t know how much more of this I can take. I feel awful.
