ALL THE PILLOWS!! Having something between my knees helps my hips, having something behind my back keeps me from sleeping on my back, two up by my head helps prop me up if I do end up on my back, etc... have a pregnancy pillow, two other pillows and a blanket I can nest my head in. I cant really imagine it any other way.

Pregnancy pillow is a godsent when I’m having a flare up with PGP ❤️ can only recommend.
Hubby likes it too (mine is shaped like a giant U) so one “leg” for me, one “leg” for Hubby 😁🙈
