Conflicting results

So I’ve been on birth control because the doctor told me it would regulate me out so we could get pregnant not long after we get married. Saturday my senses got VERY VERY VERY heightened. Smells made me feel sick, I’ve had an awful headache, to lay on my stomach was making my boobs hurt sooooooo badly!!!!!
The doctor asked me to take a test, and it’s given me extremely conflicting results! I’ll post a 5mm and then a 9mm. Someone tell me this could just be an early little miracle. Thank you!
