Should I be worried ??

Question

My blood pressure today at my appointment was 128/68 .it was a different doctor n she didn’t mention anything n I gained 5lbs  in 2 weeks that’s a big jump. I had pre-clampsia with my 1st but I’m on number 6 n the rest of my kids I was fine. Oh n my belly is measuring 32 weeks n I’ll be 35 weeks on wed . Should I reach out to my normal doctor or if it was serious the doctor I saw would of said something ￼

That's a great blood pressure! My OB says she starts to worry if your blood pressure is staying at 140/90+ for a few consecutive days.

Your bp is perfectly fine. The second number isn’t elevated at all... Normal BP is 120/80 or lower. It can be slightly elevated due to stress or talking.. I had 138/75 a few appts ago and it was just due to what we were talking about at the time before it was taken. 
I attached the correct AHA guidelines but I also work in the health field and take blood pressure on patients about 8-10x per day.

That’s fine. The second number is a little elevated but nothing to be worried about.
