“Help” After Baby

I had my sweet girl last Wednesday- my parents first grandchild. They came for the delivery and to “help” after. They have not helped at all- in fact me and my husband have had to do more work and tend to them as well as our baby. I am crushed. I was so excited for this exciting time and I am just exhausted and so disappointed. I also can’t believe how crazy my hormones are. I just had to get it off my chest- I’m trying really hard to hold it together.
