Omega 3
Hi all.. Can anyone suggest me about taking omega 3 in 2 weeks waiting time.. I'm taking it since 2 months..this is my 1st month of trying.google has mix result. Some says it should not be consumed and some are in favour of it.
I'm confused what to do.
