Stinkin' armpits on toddler?

My kiddo stinks like a man when he sweats. We used to do weekly baths because in the cooler weather his skin dries out. Summer time we bathe at least every other day. I picked up his shirt the other day and was floored by how stinky/sweaty it smelled.
