So I refused the Hep B vaccination for my daughter at birth, I SIGNED A REFUSAL FORM.

We just left her 2 month appointment, I told her ped I was going to delay her 2 month vaccinations for awhile. (Forever)

Well when I got in the car I looked at the paperwork I was given, I got a NYS Immunization History Report that says my daughter was given the FULL DOSE OF THE HEP B VACCINE THE DAY AFTER SHE WAS BORN!!!! Now my daughter NEVER got a shot in front of me or her father while we were in the hospital . She was taken out of the room to test for Billirubin levels the day after she was born , and that’s when the paper says the shot was administered. I am flipping the hell out!!! I was never informed that my daughter got this vaccination, in fact I DENIED it!!!! How do I go about this?!?!
