How many naps do you 6 months olds take?

Some days my son takes 3 some days it’s 4. Curious where other 6 months olds are at.

6 month olds should take a total of 3 hour naps in a day. My daughter takes two 30 minutes naps in the morning and early afternoon then a 2 hour nap in the late afternoon. Shes up between 6:30 and 7:30am and down between 7 and 8pm. Her last nap doesn’t usually go past 5pm. But I do watch her cues and listen to her if she is more tired than normal. It isn’t always going to be the same every day or every week. Last week she didn’t nap that much but this week she’s super tired.

I have my daughter on a sleep schedule been on it for 2 months took a long time to get her completely on it but totally worth it. She takes 2 naps, She goes to bed at 7pm wakes up at 7am takes an hour nap 9-10am then 3 hour nap anywhere from 12:30-1pm-3:30-4:30 then up till 7pm bedtime.
