I just got my Mirena taken out on June 22 (2 weeks ago) because I’m wanting to try for another baby! I got a period (pretty heavy bleeding, so I’m assuming) after a few days. I think the removal just caused me to have an early period?

I’ve read that it can take a month or so to ovulate again. I’ve been trying to track my ovulation this month, but everything seems off and wacky because of this early period.

What was your experience with your period/ovulation/getting pregnant after removal?
