Two miscarriages in 8 months

So... I just miscarried for the second time in 8 months. Unfortunately, GLOW is still counting down my " pregnancy" which is frustrating for me. I logged my miscarriage as a period. Hoping to reset it. But, it isn't allowing me to reset it. Anyone know how I can fix this issue. Thank you.
