Symptoms in second pregnancy ?

I have a couple weeks still until my first doctor's appointment. My first pregnancy, I experienced sore tender breasts and nausea in the evening along with fatigue. This pregnancy I have had some fatigue and lower back pain. Today, I didn't seem to have any symptoms.  Should I be concerned ?

Symptoms definitely do come and go. I’m pregnant with my first and have ALL the symptoms (well not all but throwing up all day, headaches, fatigue, sore breast) some days I feel okay and others I feel like crap. With my first pregnancy I had zero symptoms.

Every pregnancy is different. With my first I hardly had any issues..just back pain. My second I have been sick since day 1! Such different symptoms but both healthy normal pregnancies.

I had a MC last month at 5 weeks. I had really sore boobs, cramping + pains, headaches. I'm pregnant again now - completely different symptoms. Tiredness, slight headache, lower back pain. Boobs started hurting today and I'm 5 weeks.
