Prozac question

Anyone have experience taking Prozac through pregnancy? I’ve been on antidepressants for the last 11 years, I recently started trying to conceive and stopped my medication, which was 60mg once a day (after talking w/ my doctor), although I feel like I’m starting to get moody and am taking it out on my fiancé, also not sure if that’s related to having my Mirena taken out and my hormones all messed up :( Has anyone taken it through pregnancy? Anyone have experience. I have anxiety about my anxiety and depression returning lol
