Trouble gettin pregnant

I was on 2 mirenas since 2010 took it out april 2020 started period april 4th , tried preseed june and had late period 7days july and negative test end up bleeding same time I took test no period symptoms I'm so heart broken , any1 in same position ??? Need some1 to talk to who understands or got pregnant w preseed. I'm very upset
