Period like cramps 5w PP
I started having period like cramps today with very minor brown spotting. I’m currently 5w 2D PP. My bleeding stopped completely around 3 weeks postpartum. Do postpartum cramps/bleeding come and go or could it be it a sign my period will come soon? Currently exclusively breastfeeding and didn’t get my period until 4 months PP with my first.
