Progesterone creams?

Has anyone that’s low with progesterone buy progesterone cream and it help you get pregnant? If so what kind/brands did you use??

I have low progesterone. I used an all natural cream that you can get form a health foods store or amazon. I use it everyday of the month until my period starts and I stop it. Once my period is finished I start it again. The. Once I become pregnant I use until 16 weeks.

You need to see a doctor and get a script for it (not available otc), also bc there’s a regiment with doses and times during the month you have to use it depending on your own progesterone levels. It’s much more complicated than just getting it bc using it the wrong time during the month could prevent you from ovulating.
