Confused

I got my IUD taken out because I had positive pregnancy tests, and they did bloodwork and said I wasn’t pregnant but I was having a lot of nausea and I had a kid before so I know how it feels... anyways, I was bleeding a bit for a few days and I just took a test it was positive but they said I’m not pregnant a week ago?? I’m confused.
