9 dpo cramps

Hi, I've had cramps, more like pelvic pain on my right side all day. It got so bad when I was walking up stairs I had to stop and wait a minute for it to go away. Sometimes I get feelings like this but normally closer to my period and never this strong. Could this be something with pregnancy or ovulation or like a cyst or something? Just curious if anyone has had a pain like this before? Thanks
