Piercing and Tattoo help

Piercing: I got my nipples pierced Jan 29th of this year making it 5 months that I’ve had them. They’re doing good but they still bleed a little because I lay on my side when I sleep so I’m guessing the weight it pressing on the piercing causing it to bleed. I’ve been trying to sleep

On my back so I don’t lay on my side. Any tips to stop the bleeding so I don’t have to worry about what side to lay on?

Tattoo? I have severe white stretch marks. And would like to get a tattoo to cover them. Has anyone had experiences with covering stretch marks with tattoos? If so how did it go?
