What’s wrong with me?

Every time I go pee it hurts like bad in my vaginal opening and the toilet fills up with blood in just that little time it feels like a pinch here and there. My vaginal opening is swollen and bloody when I look at it. I took some cranberry pills and didn’t help. It’s a constant pain unless I apply pressure.
