Tiny pimply rash??!

This is embarrassing but I have to ask- as a side effect of a retrieval has anyone broken out with a rash of tiny tiny pimples all over their chest and neck? I can’t think of anything else this would be from. I’m not on any meds right now except bcp which I started today... finished my stims around the 23rd so it’s been a bit and I’ve had the rash for like 3-4 days. am wondering if my body got messed up from hormones and I have this horrible rash now? Anyone else? Idk even know what to do, acne has never ever been a problem. I probably have 50- 100 tiny bumps. Ugh!

Update: I took an allergy pill last night before bed and it’s already a lot better this morning... also going to call my nurse to get her thoughts.
