Changing eating habits
I re evaluated my eating habits and realize I have been going a little overboard with sweets. I eat healthy and workout otherwise but feel I have gained too rapidly. If I decide to calm down on the sweets but continue to eat and workout normally, not trying to lose weight or burn extra calories or anything but I do lose a few lbs or slow the gain just from chilling out on the m&ms and Nutella lol is that okay for the baby?
Asking because the doctor (not my normal doc) freaked me out my rapid weight gain
