Spotting on and off

Hi ladies quick question. I wanted to know how often and how much spotting is normal. I've been having on and off spotting with bo cramps for a few days. Last night it was brown then stopped all through the night I'm good. I get up to use the bathroom, sit there a little bit giving it's so early. I look down and I'm seeing drops of blood. Bot heavy but still. I wipe and I see this

Should I be concerned? I had a pass miscarriage but at about 4 n a half weeks. I knew it was happening bc the pain came immediately. But this I'm just so scared it may turn out to be another miscarriage. Any help would be great
