Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction
Anyone else dealing with SPD? I had it with my last pregnancy, but didn’t realize what it was. Last time it started at 28 weeks, but I’m only 15 weeks and it’s already kicked it. Any tips/tricks to help deal with the pain? 😬🥴
