Question

What are the best thing to do/take while trying for a baby?
Lube/tablets/food etc?
Has a miscarriage last year and had no luck since - been trying for years with my partner so I appreciate any advice?! Xx

I’ve been taking conceive easy ttc supplements for almost three months. I love them. My period is 100% regulated for the first time since having my son, and we’ve been trying unsuccessfully for two years. I feel like taking these I’m on the right track. They’re also all natural.

Womens multi vitamin!!! Idk if its just a coincidence but after I started taking that plus prenatal I conceived within 3 weeks. We also were having sex only twice a week.
