Most mornings when I wake up & blow my nose I notice blood in it, always on same side. My nose dosent actively bleed. My gums also bleed alot when I brush my teeth. Is this normal in pregnancy? My OB sent me for blood work to check for low platelets. But I really don't think anything is wrong. As he said with low blood platelets, usually it's more bleeding & bruising easily which I dont have.
