Tested positive for corona , pregnant & taking care of daughter .... what do I do

So I found out I tested positive for covid and I’m supposed to be quarantined for 14 days however I am a stay at home mom BECAUSE I have nobody to help me watch my daughter I’m currently half way through my second pregnancy an our second baby will be here in October. What do I even do 😔 it isn’t exactly easy to stay 6ft away from a toddler especially a toddler who you have to care for an is attached to you ya know. I have no symptoms other than no taste an no smell an I’m monitoring my little one as best I can so far she seems alright as well , until I test negative I can’t go to dr appointments so I’m hoping my pregnancy stays going well considering the circumstances. So any advice
