charley horse?

37 weeks 4 days and got the worst charley horse 2 night ago.. today i am so sore in my calf i can barely walk 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ why the charley horse ?

OMG same!!! I’ve been getting the calf cramps from hell this pregnancy and it always happens when I’m laying in bed and stretch a certain way. It wakes me straight up out of my sleep and I can’t do anything about it

I get them nightly too! Have with everyone pregnancies but I found if you push your heel hard into the mattress as it starts it’ll stop quick. I hope that helps

Yes!!! That was me last pregnancy and this one! I delivered late June and haven’t had one since.

I get them too. They wake me up! I have to get out of bed and walk on it or it just gets worse. The best thing I’ve found is to get up right away and drink a full glass of water with some electrolytes (I drink emergen-c) with extra magnesium, if you have it. For me, the cramp usually goes away soon after and doesn’t bother me the next day. I hope that helps!!!

I’ve been getting mega charley horses this pregnancy... not with my son though! No idea what it has to do with though. Possibly being dehydrated?? But not positive lol.
