Is this ovulation symptoms?!?

I don’t track my ovulation idk I think because I’m not really trying to have a baby but if it happens then it happened. I’m having cramping , high sex increased , moody and I won’t get my period in 17 days. This app is saying I’m 1 day from ovulation should I take a chance and BD today?
