Looking for advice

We’ve been TTC for a year

My last AF came about 6 days ago, but was a few days late. It was lighter than normal the first 2 days and then 2-3 days of brown spotting.

About 3-4 days ago I started experiencing extreme nausea. The last time I was pregnant was 10 yrs ago and it felt similar to that.

It almost feels like a stomach flu - nauseous, loss of appetite, churning stomach. But no other symptoms. No fever or anything else and otherwise I feel fine but this nausea is awful. I thought the bleeding could have maybe been implantation spotting so I took a test today but it was negative.

Has anyone experienced this before? I don’t think this is an actual flu, I’m not fatigued or feverish or anything it’s just bad nausea / churning. Any ideas ? Is there a small chance I could be pregnant ? I would assume that If I was, a test would show + at this point as is be about 4 weeks + 5 days. Probably not likely but hoping to get advice from someone who has experienced something similar. Thank you ❤️
