So I get a normal 27-28 day cycle and I’ve also had positive ovulation test but have struggled to get pregnant ( had chemical 3 cycles ago) even though I’ve had 3 others and got pregnant the first try. My OB took my progesterone levels and they were 0.41 on cycle day 7 so he told me it was low and prescribed progesterone for 10 days to induce period and then clomid for ovulation 2 tablets a day for 5 days (50mg)

Since I already ovulate naturally I’m terrified of multiple babies since I’ve ready if you already ovulate it can cause ‘super ovulation.’

My question is if anyone had any knowledge or experience with this type of situation
