Any hope with MFI?

Do we have any hope, natural or otherwise, with these numbers? His motility improved but count decreased! How is that possible?! Has anyone ever had success with this low of a count?

Answer

We have severe male factor infertility, asthenozoospermia. You have a low volume & count. Motility is ok but on the lower side. It’s definitely still possible to get pregnant with those numbers. We’ve had way worse numbers, we’ve done multiple Semen analysis and post washes and we’ve got pregnant naturally. Unfortunately ended in miscarriage as I’m infertile as well. We are doing IUIs before IVF. We just did IUI with a 3 million motile count, poor morphology & motility. It’s was unsuccessful. But we’re still trying. IVF is $20,000 upfront so anything we can do before that we’re trying. I highly recommend FertileAid for Men, Count Boost and Motility Boost it did absolute wonders for my husbands numbers!

Numbers can fluctuate! My husband had 6.5million one month. Following month had 2.5million. We did two rounds of IUI. Both failed. They recommend IVF. ￼
