So my areola is starting to swell with my nipple, I’m using 19mm flanges and when I tried 17’s it felt like it could be to small. I have an appointment scheduled with a lactation consultant but it’s not till the 16th. I just can’t tell if this is the result of my flanges being to small or big. Hellpppp I really don’t want my supply to drop or to end up getting mastitis due to wrong flange size. I feel like I never empty all the way in this breast too.
