My period has changed

I thought I was pregnant in February and the stress made my period late two days, after that I feel my period has changed. Now when is about to come, I have some brown spots, the first two days I have so much blood but the third one I get almost nothing, considering my period used to last 6 days. It has also come one day later twice after February. I don't know what could be causing this.
