Missed Period on Birth Control

Hi ladies, i have been on Lo Loestrin Fe for about 9 months now and I take it religiously with only an hour of difference. Recently, I have started letting my boyfriend finish inside me. I have never missed a period and missed one last month. Should i be concerned that i am pregnant? I took numerous pregnancy tests that all came back negative. Please help 😬
