Are twins growing slower in early pregnancy than one baby?

I got to know 1hr ago I'm expecting twins!
Went to my scan at 5+4, saw 2 gestational sacs. But there was no yolk sac in either. With my first around this time there was a yolk sac.
I don't know if I should be concerned. My doc said it's everything in time, but I'm a very nervous mama. So please let me know your opinion! Thank you!

Still very early. I went in at 5 and half weeks and there was no heart beats. Went back 2 weeks later and both babies had strong heart beats. I'm now 33 weeks with Di/Di girls!

Same thing happened to me your just really early in your pregnancy. My dr. told me the only thing to worry about is a vanishing twin because it can happen in early pregnancy but once you get further along into your first trimester and get closer to your second trimester that risk goes away. I know how worried you are I was to. They had to take my blood pressure twice at every appointment because I would be so worked up about what was going on. Be strong and positive!😊

So early! Next ultrasound will give more information! Could you be slightly off on dates? When In the early stages a day can make such a difference!
