First positive!

So my fiance and I have been trying since I got my IUD out (Feb 3rd) and finally I have my first positive test yesterday! My mum was there when I took it (she lives out of town, what luck!) I'm so overwhelmed and excited. Booking first doctors appointment for next week so fiance can come with.
