Could be either but I am leaning heavily towards cd17 ovulation pains can last for days prior too and post ovulation! That temp jump pretty much says it all

It really could be either day, I think. You didn't get the confirmation until later, but sometimes it can take a couple days for your temp to rise after ovulation. The date of ovulation doesn't really matter at this point, except just for knowledge on when to take a pregnancy test. You did have sex around those times, so you covered your bases.
