Round Ligament Pain
Anyone else experience round ligament pain? FTM here and didn’t feel it until last week. Pretty sure I thought I tore something and contacted the dr who just said it was RLP and to rest.
Any other suggestions to help with the pain?
Have you exercised with RLP when it’s not severe?
