Will my doctor ask me if I’m sexually active in front of my mom?

Hi everyone so I’m trying to change birth controls at the moment and have a doctors appointment online due to corona. I’m afraid they’ll ask if I’m sexually active in front of my mom since she can’t necessarily “leave the room” and I don’t want to spark that conversation that I’ve had sex with my boyfriend with my mom😖 She said she wants to be there and I’m really worried. Does anyone know what they’ll say or how they’ll ask the question?
UPDATE: My doctor asked nothing about my sex life and put me on the combined pill! I’m so happy. It was very quick and easy and I’m hoping this fixes the issues I’m having.

nope. doctor patient confidentiality. your doctor can absolutely ask your mother to leave the room. 
if you’re sexually active tell your doctor, it really is important that they know everything.

My doctor did. I lied and told her no. Fortunately she asked my mom to step out of the room and I told her the truth.

they shouldn’t ask you anything unless you sign a form and they have your permission to speak freely with her present.

They’ll ask questions. If you don’t feel comfortable answering in front of your mom you or the dr can ask her to leave. My mom always stayed in the room with me. And if you ask her to leave she’ll probably suspect or know something.
