Im about 5 weeks pregnant with baby no 2. Today ive had slightly pink spotting. Never had this in my last pregnancy. Is this normal?

I phoned they said its probably fine just go to a&e if it turns into heavy bloody. Hopefully be fine ive got an early scan in two weeks anyway so hopefully be all good 🤞
