my boyfriend doesn’t want to talk about certain topics especially if they are romantic topics.

I asked him “why did he choose me?” and stuff like “how did you know you loved me?” but he jokes about it and just says he doesn’t want to talk about it.

I asked him why and he doesn’t want to take me seriously because he thinks I’m just gonna start an argument.

would it be wrong for me to make him talk about things he doesn’t want to talk about?
