Medication abortion

I chose to get a termination as I felt it was best for me. I’ve taken the first pill at hospital and have to take the others tomorrow. Will I be able to go to work tomorrow? I work in a cafe so quite active. The nurse said not to but someone else I spoke to said just to get on with your day as much as you can. I know everyone is different, but is anyone that has been through this be able to tell me what they felt like? Thanks
