Flapping arms

Does anyone else’s baby flap their arms when excited? My baby doesn’t know how to post but definitely falls his arms when he’s excited. I read online it can be a concern for autism. Should I worry or is this normal at 11 months? He tries to say a few words like dad, good when eating, waves hi and claps. A few other things I can’t remember right now but I’m wondering if I should call his doctor to ask. Since covid hit he hasn’t been since since February so he doesn’t go until his 1 year next month. Oh and he also is a screamer smh
