Possibility of pregnancy??

so my period was june 22-27 , but i was sexually active before & during it. I spotted on the 2nd but it was VERY little. I had light cramps the few days after the spotting. Is it possible i could be pregnant ? i also want to add i possibly have endometriosis so idk if it could just be that.
