Faint on pregmate negative FR

So I took a pregmate test and for two days now there’s been a faint line... I’m not sure if anyone can see it or if it’s an evap Idk.... so then I decided to take a first response and there definitely was not a line.. anyone get false positives on these pregmate tests?
