6mo HATES the carseat

Anyone else have a baby that HATES the carseat? I mean screaming for 40+ min straight drive kind of hate? I've tried everything short of buying a new car seat but I'm tempted to do that even. I need to be able to go places and I just can't do anything with her. It's making me depressed.
